Yeah I've been hugged by coworkers (manufacturing is weird), but unless your touching is work related you ask first, and even then it's best practices

That depends a little on culture too. A sort of semi hug is extremely normal in Mexico, and even considered rude to decline. It's just what people do there, there's little wrong with it, I've hugged hundreds of people like that because again, culture. With hat said, tickling is a whole different thing. The guy would edge other people on tondo the same to eachother, it was weird
