Getting an average review while the client I worked for (and I was the only one full time assigned to them) gave us a 9/10. Colleagues and my direct supervisor were not asked either. When I told my manager that I was leaving, she said "yeah, I thought so". 0 retention. HR was pretty damn apologetic and angry at the manager. The whole HR department quit there same year from what I heard.
