@xgqt Yeah it was pipewire. And the time period was roughly 90 days ago. My mic wouldn't work, I had audio cut out. And I did go through all the Gentoo documentation for pipewire. I scoured the forums and couldn't find anyone with remotely the same issue in respect to software commonality. I needed my desktop to "work" on school work. And audio was a requirement at the time. I was troubleshooting the issue for roughly 5 days IIRC. After that I was done. I've had issues before, but majority of the time I could solve the issue or find the solution within documentation or forums.
