@pinhman So they take Treat 10 territory with them? (just joking) . As you say, nothing is rational. BTW, I grew up not far from the AB border in BC. I just don't understand the grievances, other than the tantrums of a spoiled child.

@harold No they don't just take treaty 10, joke taken ... They would have to negotiate with the treaty 10 communities. And layers upon layer upon layers ... to negotiate. These take decades to resolve, see BC The separtists in dismissing every just and rational claim would negotiate from the weakest position. But this would allow them to continue with their political noise and all its willful ignorance.
