@Drbruced@aus.social I just listened to it yesterday and found it really interesting. Besides describing the enhancement and why it matters (or not) the episode was a good review of OSPF and how the process of optimisation needs to be at the system level. And you're right. You can take the SPF paper by Dijkstra and implement it relatively easily; I did in the mid 90s. I still got the photocopy of the paper somewhere. #networking
