@sarah @Vivaldi, not really, Chromium (Blink) is a fork by Google from KHTML by KDE (Germany), same as WebKit by Apple. All current engines are from the US, anyway it's irrelevant all they are FOSS and anybody can change these to their like what Vivaldi is doing, reason why the Chromium version of Vivaldi is 8 Weeks behind the original release, only security patches are up to date.
