@jpellis2008 @BorrisInABox I had one that belonged to my school district, but when I got funding to buy my own, it spoke using a voice that sounded a lot like LH Michelle. It could concatinate words better (though it still read the dictionary definitions one word at a time, because those words were all individually clickable) but the voice was overall worse. I think there were a couple of other minor changes but I don't remember what they were. Ended up selling it to someone to cover moving costs.
