Going onto a real estate listing site, sorting "price high to low", finding a couple of McMansions, downloading the floor plans. And by just putting one abutting the other I now have my antagonists lair map for a TTRPG complete with exterior photos and some internal references. Keep your AI or procedurally generated villain lair maps. I draw from the lairs of real villains. AI can't make nonsense houses like multimillionaires. But I'm certain they're trying.
