If you've spent any time around service industry people (which you definitely have if you prosecuted a bunch of mob trials), you know damn well that 86 has two meanings: 1. you're out of something, or tossing it because it's gone bad 2. you're cutting off or kicking out a drunk Never mind that Comey never worked in hospitality.
