Just got back from an outpatient procedure, Manipulation Under Anesthesia. They put me to sleep & bent my left heel all the way to my butt cheek.
Apparently I’m a “fast healer” which sounds like a good thing, but in this case, scar tissue formed quickly & established itself around my new joint. This tissue restricted my ability to flex (bend my knee). So they knock me out, bend TF out of my knee, and break up the scar tissue.
Now I need to keep it bending - Intense therapy for next 2 weeks.
