Maybe helpfull: Many things of printed stuff could be archived at dnb.de
It is the german national library. Our law force them to gather nearly everthing of german media. And they deliver articles, but you should ask first, if it exist there. And second step at your local library, better an university library, which organize the doing. Normaly its about 2€. ;)

@Ariantoser yeah they'd have that. sadly my local library is a 20 minute car ride away and that means a day or two for me with #PEM
