@yorik LLMs are deeply problematic, they are enabling powerful people to build a world I don't want - however the problem here is the 'powerful people' bit.
Stealing from open source software to build more open software raises a whole bunch of problems, but these are also the least of our problems. We know how to do convivial tools, quality, attribution and maintainability - we should insist on these things.

@brunopostle that's what we tried to do with @freecad contributing policy.. I'd have liked something stronger, but it works. We tried basically to concentrate on the effects of AI we did not want
