@wallacewords Rhodies are expensive! And I may need to plant a couple of dozen of 'em. And they grow slowly.
(Rhodies grow well here in the Santa Cruz area, at least where we are among the redwoods, and if we can keep the deer from devouring them.)

@karlauerbach Deer are certainly a challenge here as well. They ate almost an entire rose bush that I'm still hoping will flower again!
