See unalive, suer-slide, grape etc. Certain things trigger me emotionally, but I won't go crying on the internet because a video sent me into an attack. I'll just skip past the specific part(s) or just not watch the video. Evil Among Us is a great example of how to get this shit right. He puts a content warning at the start of the video and puts chapter marks around parts that might upset or cause distress to viewers. No need for censoring or word replacement.
