Report with results from the Dutch survey of academics on recognition and rewards (65K, 12% response rate) now available. Most repondents haven't yet experienced positive (system, policy, culture) change from the programme aiming to improve R&R, and a majority still feels that not all their academic activities are equally rewarded.
