1. The true metallic colors by Vallejo are truly good.
2. The wash is super-powerful (i.e. I used too much and the whole thing is way too dark)
3. Never ever be as stupid as me and start putting down grass before the paint on the mini is dry 😓

A more bite-sized one for a short painting session. Not even 100% sure what it is. It was together with the Space Marines. (I later found that a drop of glue must have fallen out of the bases, so now a piece of it is forever glued to my painting handle 🤦♂️ )

@j_bertolotti@mathstodon.xyz I know that photos rarely perfectly reflect the model, but that model looks amazing. It doesn't appear to dark though again it could be the photo. Honestly all your minis in this thread look awesome. Don't be too hard on yourself.
