@kyonshi well, that is because back in 1885, a steam train pushed a car over the tracks for kilometers, and that normalized cars being on tracks so much that the timeline changed into a world where such was completely normal. and of course, that means sometimes there's gonna be accidents; this is kinda societally accepted in this timeline.
