okay, let's try putting the gentoo image on the usb
cp livegui-amd64-20260426T153103Z.iso /dev/sdc
,,, wait, that worked :sylveon_shocked:,,, fae sees a led flashing on usb drive
fae didn't even need to use root to do that on steamos, huh???

fae always assumed that root is necessary to write directly to the devices (not through the filesystem), interesting,,, may be a steamos thing, not sure,,,
