@MartinEscardo and honestly the developers themselves often have the best computers available. Which makes them not having the same experience at all. Back in the days when working on a windows app built in MS Access the fact of not having a filled test database, forgetting an index for an often run query could lead to customer support making the client buy new hardware instead of validating the issue with the software team.

Amelis, customer support failing to validate the issue with developers is still surprisingly common. Back when I worked at VK (the largest Russian social media website), it was all too often that a support person would message me with a link to a ticket where a user is complaining that something isn't working in my app, and the exchange was like - Hey, the Android app crashes when I do this particular thing - Have you tried reinstalling the app? - No, but that wouldn't help, it's a bug in the app - Please reinstall the app anyway - Ok fine I did, it still crashes No amount of me posting that reinstalling the app helps nothing in the vast majority or cases, please never ask users to do that, get those tickets to me right away in internal groups seemed to help.
