Well, guess NVDA has elevated its version numbre to the 2026.x branch. I don't know if to update or not since I have many, many addons including that Sonata TTS synth that the dev left in hiatus because aha aha work!. That forces me not to update unless someone, somewhere makes an addon compatible, as well as updating the sonata framework to support the latest Piper. Shall I uninstall the 2025 version and then install the newer one or what shall I do with my NVDA? Help me help meeeeeeeeee!

@luiscarlosgonzalez@mastodon.social You may get the 2026.1 installer, then create a portable copy and test your add-ons. Some will certainly work, despite formally incompatible.
