@nietras @meziantou burn in? Wouldn’t they see similar burn in with the menu and Dock?

@shanselman @meziantou yes task bar burn in is a concern/issue too. But how many icons are all white icons? Pixel shift ameliorates this a bit. On OLED task bar being all black is preferred. I'm sure someone at MS knows more about this given device vendors need Windows to play ball 😊 An all white/bright large static rectangle is the worst pattern one can show probably on OLED, but you have to use it for many hours to be issue, of course. So just a note of caution. It's less a concern on new OLED
