My work is radiology-adjacent, and the Therac-25 (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Therac-25) will live in my nightmares until I die. I think it's a large part of why I rear back in disgust at vibe coding.

@GamesMissed yep, I hear you. My brother is a nuclear engineer. He’s gone through so much training and schooling to get to where he is. I have not. I have a bachelors in software development that I got because I’m an idiot. But both of us have worked in the nuclear power industry, and I currently make more money than he does. :/
