I had a small win on the catering front yesterday. But it all started two days earlier. Is that good meal planning? On Sunday DLW and her pal went to the picturesin the afternoon. They wanted to see some film with a Huge Ackman or something. So as timing proper food would be tricksy they brought back Fish & Chips from the Chippy. We always buy several extra portions of chips, always without salt or vinegar, on our infrequent visits there. Why? Well I am not overly fond of their chips. They are too soggy for me, usually too cold after spending a good ten minutes in the car, but they do suit the fish. Then I freeze the extras. 12 minutes in the airfryer, from frozen, and you have the crispyest, fluffyest chips ever. Win Win. Two easy cooking days out of three. #Food #Cooking
