@dazo @sarahjamielewis #Microsoft already doesn't let you change much. And almost completely requires an online account, which can then tie to any number of data rapeing age verification services. Dunno what open source projects are meant to do. Is #curl gonna refuse to talk HTTP unless it finds some magic values in local files? Will #linux distributions deny installing #firefox unless the user passes some online survey? #security #privacy #mozilla @badger
