@Junicast DENIC, the operator of the .de registry, has some serious fuckup on their DNS infrastructure, which leads to answers being signed with invalid DNSSEC keys (or the data is unparseable). And that's why .de domains stopped resolving at around 19:35 UTC, as DNSSEC validating resolvers discard these anvers.
