I met with my superiors at work today about wanting to move up in terms of a lead and supervisory role, but was told I'm not ready yet. However, they told me they would let me move to another building for half of a shift to see how things would work, but I'll have to think about that since I was given a LOT of information at once and need at least 2 days to think about it. Idk, I'll just see where things go and what I think.
