@moonglow I have cataracts, double vision, low contrast, laser hole, and some other problems. For me, the most readable font is Verdana. I know that's a Windows font, but I have it on the Mac (is it installed by default? I don't know.). I've tried a bunch of the fonts that come with the Mac. Verdana is the best. I also like a heavy-stroke Courier. Monaco is good. Arial Bold is good for readability of headers or at any sort of distance.
