I watched a video earlier ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ta13M0Jdd8A ) of some people doing a far-too-short but sweet version of Moon River. And mentioned it. And got the story of how an old friend of ours, who'd got the hell out of South Africa during early #Apartheid, later met #DannyWilliams and tried to tell him how much he appreciated his version, but DW was freaked out speechless, at being addressed let alone praised by a white* South African. Another of the stupid things racism does to us. 😩 *Jewish
