Oh, dear bank, you think I owe still you 63¢ because of your error? We're resolving this over snail mail since I already spent an hour on the phone to do something I should have been able to do with a couple clicks on your website. I already paid an extra $10 in interest in earlier delays! It already cost you 78¢ to tell me that I owe you 63¢, so I'll use of my coveted Forever Stamps for which I paid 55¢ and burn 30 minutes of ~$30/hr your person time for handling the letter and its response.
