There was some changes / deviation from that diagram but it's pretty close to what's implemented and good enough for illustation.
So that's the basic system.

@tnt question: is there a reason why its not possible to do a seq scan of the inputs ? (same as keyboard matrix for example)

@tnt no idea what you're up to but branch-and-bound is often the first go to in many cases.
