Tonight I will mainly be posting during Top Of The Pops from my own catodon instance - @u0421793@toot.pikopublish.ing _( https://toot.pikopublish.ing/@u0421793 )_ to see how it goes. It’s a better Raspberry Pi5B 8GB than the previous iceshrimp instance was running on (which was a Raspberry Pi4B running the older Raspberry Pi OS, not the latest one, which probably makes no difference). The old one ran on an SSD via a SATA-USB3 lead, this one has an NVME SSD in an NVME board underneath, which should be better. Hopefully it’ll all be seamless. If not, you’ll be the first to know. Well, second to know. Well, everyone will know. Yes, even birds. By the way if anyone wants to try a second fediverse instance that isn’t mastodon, I can solidly recommend this new Catodon on this flagship instance catodon.rocks - give it a try, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it. #TOTP
