Hmm. #alttext4you A four panel comic with a blue suit person and a person behind a desk 1: BP: 'I asked another engineer for his estimate of the effort' 2: BP 'His estimate is one week less than yours.' 3: DP 'Then why don't you get him to do the project?' 4: BP 'He never completes anything on time.' DP looks seriously to the reader.

@adrian @workchronicles @Zeitreisender thank you for speaking up. it's not the role of screen reader users to request alt text. it's our role to ask for it on their behalf, so this place is actually inclusive and welcoming for everyone. alt text is useful even when you can see the pic. it's a great place to add context and easter eggs.
