@CorneliusHecker Honestly, yes, I think that diagnoses some of it. I also feel like the onset of generativeAI was done deliberately to poison our ability to do any research (as there's so much lying slop now) and convince us to stop thinking for ourselves (by relying on a not-always-accurate machine instead). So I think that plays into it too. So we're caught between denial, lying people and machines creating false realities, and fascists that gleefully exploit this to harm and destroy us.
