The inner pad as completely missing so idk if it ground to dust against the rotor or is whoever he had do the brakes last forgot to put the inner pad in.

I happen to hear a car driving by making a terrible noise and all of a sudden there was a sound of metal hitting and the inner brake pad slid out onto the ground which caused the Piston to come out enough and brake fluid on the ground
