I think I shouldn't be as hard or as critical of my team members that aren't as technical about things I might be really in the relative weeds over. At the end of the day, the work is still getting done, it's a very chill atmosphere, and we're consistently ahead of schedule on our deliverables. Maybe a better use of our occasional downtime would be encouraging them to experiment and setup mock labs and stuff. I don't want to ram stuff down their throats, but at the same time, the more everyone learns, the easier everything is for everyone overall. I've been lowkey agonizing over how to create an educational plan without being insulting or making something that just feels like pointless busywork.

Or perhaps I should just accept that some people are better at certain things and it's okay to task less technical people with documentation and physical cabling. Aghhhhhhh being a lead is so complicated
