I have learned the meaning of the term during the nineties in high school sex ed. It was weird because this guest social worker was explaining how to practice shoving an hand up an anus safely while making constant remarks about how we kids knew all about it already. We did not. We were appalled. Our young minds were hungry for french kissing and boobs. NOT FISTING.
