@nini @elizayer @hyc Most of the "lean" projects I have observed rely on unpaid overtime to achieve short-term productivity gains. They fade fast. Almost never do the "five why's" actually get implemented because many problems are due to ineffective leaders. Too awkward. Ones that coast until retirement & avoid involvement in systemic issues like private fiefdoms or organizational silos. The bean-counters obsession with "costs" too often ignores the unfathomables that create profit.
