@hanser @cccpresser Yes and no, in theory it is an equilibrium, but you will most likely always have a flow from one side to the other, but if the arrows point in to the middle it would sugset that the center is the concentration point of hat. I think it also needs to be simple enought that one can still clearly see what it is, if it is small, so I think no arrowheads is beneficial.
