And production discipline? It only looks like this because it's okay to liberally cut and throw "will not fix" labels on those Jiras.
Then at the end it's a mad scramble to fix the worst, push as much in the day 0-patch and cross your fingers.
This is also directly related to quality standards, alignment and vision.

@kwramm "won't fix" in Jira 😆 omg you are talking about me at then end of my career/ beginning of my burnout. It truly is a common experience shared among all industries as long as there's code in needs of some bugs.
