Modi is addressing nation today at 8:30. My hunch is, he will blame opposition for stopping the women's reservation. First, he puts forward this half hearted bill where there were no specific details on delimitation. And then he knew all along that he will not be able to pass as he didn't have majority. So he shoved the women's bill into it. And he knew opposition would oppose this delimitation bill. And wanted to portray that opposition is against women. Well played 👏 #Modi #indianpolitics
