@kkarhan Right, but you're now glossing over the reason I struggle with the presented solutions for more climate-friendly transportation: that this plan would effectively include the genocide of the impovershed is only a side-note and not the fault of the policy pushers, but society at large. It's easy to solve difficult problems when you change the scope of your empathy to include only those uplifted by your solution.
