@tragivictoria @bodil @crow The first 😏. i.e. what are objective reasons against using Fedora, and/or suggesting it to newbies?

@wanwizard The reply that recommends Fedora mentioned high levels of configuration and upkeep. I’m not a Linux fiend, ready to spend hours tweaking drivers. The extent of first time configuration I want to do is specifying an admin user and setting up my wifi password. And frankly that level of configuration should be DEFAULT for any distribution that is ever mentioned with the words “user friendly” associated with them. (Not saying Fedora is that. Explaining my expectations.)
