@Pepijn Wait… If the Welsh Senedd counts then I should be able to count Canadian provincial legislatures, no? That would add 3 to my total, and put me at 7 as well.

@fgraver Nope. Wales, England, Northern-Ireland and Scotland are "countries within a country"
