Just hearing of it, but it looks like it is blink based (no thanks) and windows based (double no thanks). But I hope it works for you.

Not my choice of is but blink even brave uses it with patches and so does ungoogled chromium. Also this is supposed to be just works with basic protections(like against linkedin’s tracking) so things don’t break
