This is incredible, I dream of fresh vanilla (I've made it from cured beans and it's delicious! Can only imagine curing from scratch!) Can you elaborate on your growing environment? Is it indoors or outdoors? Do you live somewhere tropical or are you able to simulate with a greenhouse?
