RE: https://mastodon.social/@Edent/116499146658427751 The idea of closing currently-open-source software "for security reasons" makes no sense whatsoever; at best, it's closing the barn door after the animals have all left. At worst, it prevents accessibility and public scrutiny that could make that software better … and more secure.
