I don't have words. I'm working on a codebase that has been developed two months ago or so. A huge chunk of it was obviously vibe coded, with me trying to control damage via reviews. The fucking thing feels like a good five year old legacy codebase. Forgotten chunks of code, complexity for no reason, non-explanatory tests... The plague of IT industry - loss of context and knowledge over the years - got condensed by #AI into months. #fuckai, seriously! And no, reviews evidently don't work!
