@Xalior I am sad that the Asahi Linux project isn't able to move a little faster, and unlock some of those tricky hardware and driver challenges. It's truly wonderful on my M1 Air. The lack of HDMI (display out whatever) is pretty much the only daily-driver-blocker for my use cases, and I'm a weirdo with lots of strange uses - like yourself.

@popey I am hopeful that the Neo will be a less complex porting platform, and will be great for an “ARM EEE PC” for the commuter backpack. But we’re still in Wintel 2000 terrain, picking our steps carefully, and relying on clever community heroes to hack a path to the light. 😭
