@leymoo @Lemlems I'm not sure I can be much help, but there's a group on Facebook for new/old telephone engineers (I used to be on it). I am willing to bet someone on there would have answers to some of your questions. I can't remember the exact name of the group, but you had to prove you were an engineer by answering a simple question (to keep out bots). I think it was just "why do you want to join this group?". But if its a technical question (dont think it is), ask me.
