HN people, I swear. Claiming having only gigabit networking hardware at home is super slow and being surprised any people still have that. Valley folks legit live on another planet.

@ocdtrekkie@mastodon.social Valley homes only just started getting Fiber connections again. Fiber rollout in the South Bay was so dead that Municipal/Private MW links started appearing around 2019. AT&T has resumed fiber rollout in the last 2 years and its been slow at that.
